Celebrity Tightwads.....

Madonna: Pop queen Madonna worth 80 million pounds, pores over every telephone statement and orders staff at her two million pound Kensington home to cough up for calls they've made.

It's good to know my job doesn't do that! 😀

... and it sure as hell isn't by being cheap. Being careful where your money goes is one thing. Acting like someone on welfare budgeting for rent and smokes is another thing entirely. I mean, really, do these people think they can take it with them?

David Schwimmer: Friends star David Schwimmer, who played Ross, threw a tantrum at a Hollywood liquor store in January 2003 after the manager refused to give him a discount on six bottles of champagne.

Good for that manager . If I was there, I would have applauded when that manager sent Dave away crying.

"Ohh, I should get a discount, because I'm famous, and special, and everybody loves me! I'm ROSS, god dammit!"

Fvck you David. Pay up like everyone else. A$$hole.

he was being a baby about it, but champagne comes 6 to a case. Around where I live I would have recieved a couple of bucks knocked off the bill for buying a case.

LMFAO! 😀

Cheers milagro

BTW, I want the empty bottle back, that's a 5¢ deposit here in NYC 😛

Cary Grant: The actor splashed out on a Rolls-Royce, but then refused to pay for four brake pads. One on a front or rear wheel could stop the car effectively, he insisted.

The liquor store manager would of giving a discount if it was someone like Lindsay Lohan or Carmen Electra.

"would of giving a discount"?

Dude, what is up with your 'leet English skillz?

If I had money like that I'd be far more liberal with it. I find as I get older, I become more generous.

If those stories are true they reveal how pitiful those people are/were. I hope Rod Stewart's cheap ass didn't really drive 20 miles over a dispute with being charged for mineral water he didn't order or Madonna doesn't actually check phone records.
