Cel 566@875 Can I go higher?

I am using PEP66 with Delta fan. I con't hink my CPU is too hot. Is there anyway to go higher? I tried raising voltage but CUV4X only give me voltage range to 1.8 volts. I am using 1.75 volt right now and it is ROCK stable. When I try 1.8V, it doesn't even POST...
I am wondering, is this the limit of my CPU? Or if I decrease the temperature by using peltier or water-cool method, would it go higher? I don't hink my memory is bottleneck since I have 133 Mhz Infenion ram.
Anyone?

what is your cpu temp?... my roomate maxed out at 980 with a PEP also, modded to satnd upright,... he also had to mod his chip to get 1.9v to stabilize...

CPU temperature is 28C at idle and 35C at under load... Weird thing is I can't even POST with 1.8 V
Again, would other cooling method(peltier, watercooling) give me highe speed?
