Ceiling anchor and washer type

Hello,

Need to mount a projector in the ceiling. Concrete.

Projector and mount weigh together 11 pounds.

The wall anchors that came with it seem way to big and I don't want to drill that big wholes. 10x80mm, 4 pieces.

I have some 6x30mm anchors that say one of them will hold 50kg.
So would 2 be enough?

They are also sunk and the washers that come with the mount are flat, can they be used together?

Thank you.

What kind of anchor are you talking about? Wedge anchors, Tapcons, plastic inserts?
A wedge anchor will be your best bet as it gets tighter the more load you put on it.

In concrete you shouldn't need much. A redhead wedge or tap tapcon for that size is probably 1/4" or smaller. Tapcon will be smaller hole than wedge.

Plastic/nylon with a wood screw.

I don't want to use something that I can't get out, like a wedge.
