I've worked in plant pathology studying rust fungi of grasses (Puccinia on forage grasses) and hybrid poplar (Melampsora spp on Populus), so I'm familiar with rusts in general, but that's the most bizarre, fabulous fungal fruiting body that I've ever seen in a rust. Wow! :heart: And people wondered why I loved studying mycology! :D
