CDRWIN under Windows XP?

Does anybody know if the current version of CDRWIN 4.0a beta works under Windows XP Pro?
Thier site doesn't mention Windows XP.

I am getting an error when I start it regarding "ASPI".

The CDRW drive is a Plextor 40x12x40x.
Motherboard is ASUS A7V266-C.
CPU is Athlon XP 1800+.
