CDRW Error when burning (hidden error)

Here is the error I get whenever I burn cds:

Does this mean my CDRW (Plextor 12/10TA is going bad?? Or do I need to upgrade the firmware?? LMK. I want this fixed.

looks like you're not getting much of a reply. Need more info. What software are you using? what operation are you doing CD to CD copy or....?

I am using Nero Burning Rom v 5.5.5.5
Windows XP
I was copying to a cd

But I think I fixed the problem. I had the built in cdr burning service disabled I changed it to be manual and now I got fewer errors.

I hope this is enough information.
