CDR not readable

I have these generic green-on-one-side-silver-on-the-other 700mb CDRs and i've noticed lately that my laptop DVD drive cannot seem to read data off some of them. It's like sometimes it will read the data, other times it will say the files are corrupt, and other times it will say that the disc is not formatted. Same with my work computer (36x cdrom). Problem is, my CDRW drive on my home computer reads them perfectly. Is this maybe a poor quality series of discs? I didn't seem to have ANY problems with my AT&T CDRs...

DJ Fuji, w/ that many issues in two differnet computers, I'd have to say that you have a bad batch of CDR's, wish I could help more.

Chances are it is a bad batch of CDRs but depending on the laptop it could be low quality DVD drive just not reading it.
