CDC wants to mandate that all males 11 and older get HPV Vaxinated

Couldn't we maybe start mandating sugar content in drinks marketed to 11 year olds to protect them from diabetes (something that costs far more to government managed health care programs than penile cancer i'm sure) than starting with HPV vaccines?

I'm generally all for government involvement in our lives, but I prefer for it to start small and work its way up to mandates and directives, so I'm gonna go for a sugar capping over mandated vaccines.
