Gotta pay for the tax cut grants to America's wealthiest somehow. It'll all work out fine, thanks to the miracle of trickle down.
Tax cuts aren't grants. Grants aren't entitlements. There are plenty of things to vilify Trump for without making them up.

That's not the least bit obtuse, It's reality. There is a reason it was done as a grant. I don't know what that reason was, but I'd guess it was in response to an emergency.

And there's a reason to cut! Cut! CUT! every govt expenditure to the bone- enormous tax cuts for America's wealthiest. The party of fiscal responsibility is on track to double annual deficits but they really don't want to go further than that, apparently, so they'll beat the cash out of every program other than the military & corporate giveaways.

Go ahead- tell us how it'll all trickle down...

It isn't a cut because the money was never allocated, it was never promised, it was never budgeted. It was a one time payment. Why is that difficult to understand?

Tax cuts are obviously more important than funding ongoing efforts, of course. They're apparently more important than a lot of things that serve the public interest.

Brace yourself for the miracle of trickle down.

Insert excessive haha here.
it's almost like when bobby jindal mocked the need for volcano monitoring in response to Obama's SOTU speech and within days, if not hours a volcano in the aleutian islands had a massive eruption.

it was weeks, not days but it did prove a point

You need to check the Thesaurus.

A well-informed guess or estimate based on experience or theoretical knowledge
Method sufficient for immediate goal
A supposition made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation

Person of no significance argues that the scientific method is guessing and speculation in accordance to his earlier post.

This is just rank dishonesty from you. If you had used the term educated guessing then your post would have had a positive connotation. Implying the posters you were replying to utilizing their previous experience and knowledge to predict an outcome.

Instead you specifically used the words ‘guessing and speculation’ in the context of your previous comments in this thread and in general usage those words have a negative connotation especially when used together like you did.

This is the pcgeek way of back-peddling and “saving face” in front of the libs. Its straight up his profile picture. Man child.

This year's flu vaccine was between 10-20% effective in Canada...US stats should be out soon but probably not much better.
Don't know if accurate, but heard around 10 days ago that it's been rated at ~55% effective. I personally don't know what that means. I did hear that deaths are way up this year from the flu and that IIRC ~60k is a figure (now or projected, don't know).
