CDA to WAV

I'm trying to rip all of my audio cd's (that I bought!) to mp3. Problem is, I can only convert wav files to mp3, and whenever the puter reads my cd's, it sees all of the tracks as CDA's. I just want to insert an audio cd and rip it to MP3, fast! What is out there that can do this, or is there something I can do with what I got??

Thanks,

Jason

I used to use EZ CD-DA extractor (I think that's what it was called). It was painless and versatile. My first copy somehow worked forever, but subsequent copies are only good for a limited time before they require registration. If I start ripping again, I'll spend the money. It was great. You can get it at download.com. Also includes a file converter piece. With both, you can convert or directly rip to any format and configuration.

Oh, it's in there. I think 😉 EAC gives a more accurate rip. If you use CDex, be sure to enable "paranoia" mode. It'll really slow down your rip but it improves the quality.
