CD Writing Library Software

I need to find a CD writing library that will give some software I'm writing the ability to burn data CDs. Any recommendations?

I don't know that it's available as a library, but a command line cd writing tool like cdrecord might work for you.
Most (all?) GUI cd burners on Linux are simply wrappers around cdrecord.
