Cd-Text

I've been trying to figure this out forever! How can I get CD-Text to scroll on my Kenwoon 516S reciever in my car!?!? I think it's because my burner doesn't support it. I checked in several places and found no information. I have a Ricoh MP7040A burner and a Philips PCRW804K17 burner. Do they support CD-Text? If they do, how exactly do I apply it? I use Nero 4.? and Roxio CD Creator 5.0. Can someone please help me out? thanks soo much for your time

I found my LG 8083B would only write CD-Text if I updated the flash on it.

However Easy CD Creater should support CD-Text, I think you need to enable Disc at once (or some thing like that).

You simplay rename the tracks and it should then work

Thanks for the reply! No luck though :-( I tried that several times and no luck, I'm thinking I just need a new burner.... any other suggestions?

Have you check your burner software's home page and see if it supports CD-Text for that model?

It also isn't enabled by default in Easy CD Creater
