CD-RW dead?

I got a KHypermedia IDE CD-RW drive in December, and all of the sudden it can't read any CD, burn any CDs or do any thing. It starts to spin for about 6-7 sec, then is slows down and clicks. And it will repeat that until I take the CD out. Please Help

Tried multiple CDs? Both original store bought and burned discs?

If nothing... time to dig a hole and bury that bad boy.

I'd give KHypermedia a ring and ask if it is RMA'able, but with CD-RW drives your best bet is to just find a sale at Officemax and pick one up for like, $20-30.
