CD-ROM and winXP (autoplay)

Where can I disable autoplay for the cd-rom and burner in winXP?

1. Go to Start->Run->gpedit.msc
2. Computer Config -> Administrative Template -> System
3. Double clik Turn off Autoplay
4. Enable it.

that fix only works for the pro edition which has group policies!
