CD Ripping?

I'm just curious what software everyone uses for ripping CDs. I've played with Windows Media Player (ugh), Nero (awesome), etc. I can't seem to figure out how to have Nero make a directory for each artist/album.

What do you all use?

Ditto.

I used CDex for a LONG time...it's simple, fast, and works well.

But recently I did a search for how to create the best quality, or "perfect" MP3's, and the above link basically tells you how to do that.
