CD-ripping software for Win 2K?

I used to have Audio Catalyst 2.1 for Win 98SE but now that I've moved to Win2K, I'm left out in the cold. I'm thinking of getting Audio Grabber but what "plug-in" is best to use with it?

Winamp will do it with the output plugin... I'm not sure if it will do it with a cd though..
