CD-Recorder Problem plz help !

Made a CD .. recorded fine . then when I tried to reinstall the program I get an Inpage file access problem .. and it appears I cannot copy one of the files over from the drive. Its a panasonic 7502b with an Advansys 940u controller.
 
A common reason for inability to replace a file is that it is in use and, therefore, protected from tampering by the OS.
