I don't know how many people here read the hot deals forum, but aren't you TIRED of seeing CD-R deals? I mean come on. $9.99 for 50, $9.99 for 50 after MIR, $14.99 for 50 without a rebate, $19.99 for 100 with a coupon. You can really only save SO MUCH MONEY on CD-R discs. Most people I know have over 100 blank discs at their house! Between my roommate and I, we have probably 100, and I'll be honest with you, that's more than enough for a few months supply for me. I'm just tired of people posting these "hot deals". Sure it's nice, but anyone can find these at their local B&M (for those who don't know, Brick and Mortar, or actual store, versus an online store) store. Every time I go to best buy, EVERY TIME there is a deal on CD-R discs of some sort. I just don't think these are hot deals anymore. Anyone else fed up? :frown:

That doesn't get on my nerves as much as the "free post card" or "free booklet" or "free belly button fuzz", ect posts.

What's really scary is that people hop all over these things like they are giving out gold coins or something. I'd be scared to see the huge pile of cluttered, useless crap these people accumulate over the course of a year snagging free this and free that.

I wouldn't mind at all if people would post only the deals on the quality cd-rs that use the good dye. 9.99 for a 50 pack of quality cdrs really is a good deal that I would jump on. Unfortunately they're almost always the crappy stuff and so I go and do some research and find that it's not a hot deal at all.
