I want to get some cd's made that are professional looking so I wanna get some done with the ink printed on the top like most software is done. Do any of you have any suggestions for any companies that do this pretty cheap including burning the actual cd? Or if not cheap, what do these usually go for and can you recommend some companies where I can get this done?

Also in the future I might be doing up to 5000 cds or more, so would it be cheaper to just buy my own machine to do this myself? Any recommendations on any brands or companies that sell these would be much appreciated.
 
Look in the yellow pages...odds are you can have them professionally made (not burned) with all the normal stuff (printed cd, insert, front/back cover, case) I believe the going rate is about $1-3 depending on how many you order.
