I want to burn some cd's for a friend but he has a Macintosh (G4 book, to be exact) but as I as I remember they use the same filesystem on cd's and can thus read cd's made on a pc. Is this correct?
 
If the disk is mastered using the ISO9660 filesystem, yes the Mac can read and might be able to execute the contents.
