Hello, I was just opening my dvd-r and while trying to get the top off i pulled the tray all the way out (guess gears slipped or something) now i cant get it back in b/c the optical lens/motor go up when i try to push the tray back in...... PLEASE HELP I DONT WANT TO LOOSE AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF HARDWARE LIKE THIS!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well, I think I would have to see this sort of thing. I suppose you could take it apart but then that would break the seal and void the warranty. Soooo. I would call and say it just wont close all the way, and RMA it.
