You can cut CDs with a decent scissor...so you can go around the edge like 5mm in and make a spiral thingy. Then, the lil layer of metallic stuff that holds the data is really easy to peel off...so you could always do it that way. Hell, you can just cut one circle into it and then peel it off, it just has to be inside the lil space between the metal and the edge of the plastic. Don't ask how I know this...it's a long, funny story.
