I was using EZ CD 4.0 until I installed WinXP and found it is incompatible. Now I'm stuck using stupid MS's CD burning software cause I am too cheap to buy something new.

This built in MS CD burning sucks! It is so stupid it doesn't even list how big the total file size is when you are trying to burn the CD. The funniest thing about it is that you can't make a copy of XP using the XP software. MS spent so much time trying to prevent people from copying their software that they forgot to include a simple thing as calculating file sizes.

I agree with IndyRacing...
I use EZ and with the XP upgrade it runs perfectly.
I also have Nero and CDRWin loaded.
Indy is right. Have to know what your doing.

Well, apparently, in order to record concerts and the like with Nero, you need to select the tracks and change the 2-second break to zero, for all EXCEPT the first track. The two-second gap refers to blank space left BEFORE the track, not after, so the music will not be affected.

So there, in case anyone else wonders, like I did... :)
