CD Burning question(s)...

hey there...

i was just wondering...do all cd burning software require u to make an image before burning the actual cd? what is the point of making an image first? i understand if i wanted to make multiple copies...but if i only wanted one copy...why is it neccessary to make an image? btw, i use nero mostly. sometimes cdrwin. any ideas fella's?

Check out your software for settings. There should be one there "for on the fly" burning. Burns directly from one cd to another. The reason why they have a image setting is in those situations where someone has a slow cd-rom or only one of them.

spankyOO7, once you check the settings like Antisocial-Virge suggested your issue w/ burning an image first will go away. As for burning straight from your HD, you would not have to make an image, as the divx movies are the image that gets burned straight to your burner. Hope this helps.
