CD Burner Problems

I just burned an ISO image to a CD, but when I put the CD in the drive, it says it's a blank disc. Whats the problem?
 
what software are you using to burn with I remember I use to have easy creator and you had an extra button to push to finalize the burn or it left the cd blank. Nero doesn't seem to be that way you just burn it.
