CD Audio editing software

I need to copy parts of CD audio tracks and burn them to a CD. What is the best easy to use PC software? The cheaper the better. Thanks. R

CDex allows you to rip partial tracks of CDs to wav. After you rip them to wav, just burn them with your favorite burning program.

You can also rip the entire track using CDex and then cut out the parts you want using Audacity. Audacity is a simple audio editor.

EDIT: Both programs are free.
