In the simulator questions, can you use ? to show command options?

Are there any practice simulator questions out on the web?

I believe you can, yes.

The only simulator questions I know of are the ones included on the CD of the Exam Cram 2 CCNA study book, but there may be others out there.

There are a number of simulators available both free and for pay. A quick google search will turn up several.

He's not looking for a router simulator...he's looking for samples of the simulation questions that will be asked.

To the OP: mostly, if you know your subnetting, you'll do fine. Most of the questions aren't as hard as they seem on first glance.

I scored an 846 and needed an 825. I cut it pretty close, but a pass is pass!

That's not cutting it close. Cutting it close is getting 796 when you need a 804 on the BCMSN ;) Congrats though

Went back, studied about 3 weeks and got a 920 on the second attempt. Getting upper 800's and low 900's is typical on most passing scores, but you can get very close due to how they score the exam.

Yay, I passed earlier this morning!

Congratulations! How long did you study for it?

I believe about a month and a half. I read ExamCram and took both practice tests until I could score 100%. Eventually you are going to just memorize specific answers, but it still helps. I also did as many practice questions and exams as I could find online. I know some practice questions and exams appeared word for word on the actual exam.

I had very limited hands on experience. I borrowed a router but really only tested out a few show commands.

That's pretty good. I studied 6 months on and off (really only three months) and then focused on practising sample exams in the last month and passed with a 978. I rushed a little on the exam and finished it in about 50 minutes. If I had slowed down a little...probably would've gotten upwards of 990 or so.
