anyone know when the new CCC will come out? (6.7) for july? its getting kinda late in the month and i'm hoping for a newer better CCC that will open up faster and probably OC my card better
 
I never heard anything about a new CCC. Then again, I don't have an ATI card.

If you don't like it you can just use ATI Tray Tools. Opens up fast enough for me on my 9800XT rig (parents comp.). I don't get why people need a CP to open up so fast. All your doing is changing options, it's not like your in a rush.

Well its not only that it opens slow but it eats up Cpu time and slows my PC down, not to such a level that it won't work but you will really want to get rid of it as soon as you try it for a few days.
 
Catalyst 6.5 and 6.6 were both released during the last week of their respective month.

This month doesn't look to be an exception either. If it ain't tommorow, then it'll be sometime next week.
