i'm about to purchase something online using my credit card. if for whatever reason this company doesn't send my item in a timely matter, can i call my cc company and have them refund me or cancel the order?
in any case, you should first try to reconcile with the merchant / get them to issue you a refund. if that doesn't work, then go to your credit card company.
If the seller advertises this "timely manner" as part of what you are purchasing, then its like anything else: If you don't receive what you purchased, complain to the seller and then your CC.
