I know a lot of rich guys, especially Porsche owners. Many have / had M5s as a primary car and several (or even just one) Porsche as their fun car. The M5 is a great car. But they wouldn't choose it over a Cayman. And if they only had enough money for one, it's really an odd decision. One is a 5 seater 4 door comfy luxury car, the other is a 2 door 2 seater sports car.
I would rather it had the PDK. I would also be much more interested if they powered the front wheels.
