The system (in my sig) has been unstable for a while, and finally I got one (scary) break in my search for the problem. I was remote desktop'd into the PC (I am no longer using it as my primary machine for obvious reasons) and Asus Probe popped up beeping a lot.
The 3.3V rail was down to *** 0.9v *** and the VCore was at *** 0.4v *** !??!?!?!??!?!!?! It went away after a minute, but I assume something like this is dangerous enough to cause the crash and possibly damage my hardware. What runs on the +3.3V rail?
If I didn't have an Antec TruePower 430W PSU I would assume it was the cause, but does this sound like my motherboard (Asus A7V333-R) not regulating voltages right? I'm sure testing Asus' RMA policy will be real fun if so.
Could it be anything besides my power supply or motherboard?
