Categories header doesn't 'click'

You can click "Private Messages" or "Buddies" and see your PM's or your buddy list, yet "Categories" doesn't do anything? Shouldn't this take you back to the list of categories (viz the "FORUMS" link in the top bar), following the other two examples?

Not earth shattering, just doesn't make sense.
