How come? I think a notification should be required in the least. I have no problems with a company who at least has the decency to notify me of a cancelled order especially after I take the risk of giving them all my information including credit card info.

What happens if you have some special order product that you need in two weeks and they cancel without telling you and you check in two weeks and find out you aren't getting your stuff. DVDPlanet has a great Reseller rating, and a great customer service policy. You are blowing this whole thing out of proportion simply because they would not honor your order of a DVD for $1 + shipping because of a pricing error on thier web site, even though thier policy states that they have the right to cancel orders, and didn't get a stinkin' e-mail from them. Hell, I've tried to get in on deals from Buy.com and other places and when they canceled the order I never got an e-mail. I didn't go off and call the credit card company, and try to have them shut down, I accepted that and went on with my life.

It's obvious you don't have a life if you're serious obout going after DVD Planet...It just shows how immature you are.

GET A LIFE, GROW UP, AND SHUT THE FUK UP !!!!!
