😕

This happens every day on walk on a city street, depending on how paranoid you are. You could think everyone is following you.

Though yeah that ONE guy on the video is very creepy I will admit that. That guy is rapist material right there.

you know what I meant.

and yeah

that dude was a major creep

That is roles reversed. You instead of her. Would you feel comfortable if 100 guys catcalled you?

He believes that it would be the same thing if it was women catcalling men. That's the role reversal he's talking about. But that's not the same thing at all. Women are not men, and this behavior is inappropriate for men.

Would this still be considered Gentleman behavior in your book??
giphy.gif

Actually that is a turn on!!!

LOL

I'm putting on my fake attorney hat and saying most of these men did abs nothing wrong.

In addition she has very little legal recourse!!!!!

Those men don't work with her, they don't go to school with her, she is not in a school or some institution where she will see these men on the reg. There is very little she can do. With the exception for the men who followed her, everybody else was simply asking Hi and giving her good comments.

In addition her little experiment is a poor representation of what actually goes on. My suspicion is she went to an area that she knew was going to get a lot of this behavior. It's almost like I park a 2015 Mercedes with the door open in the ghetto. WTF do you expect is going to happen....

Indeed plus its 10 hours for what... 2-3 minutes of footage?

Thats likely the only parts of the 10 hours where anything notable actually happened.

In addition there are women who WILL respond to cat calling. There are relationships that have formed by this that eventually led to marriages.

Remember she was walking behind some dude with a "hidden" camera for the same length of time the dude was walking next to her.

I wonder if they asked him if he'd noticed the camera, or the dude she was keeping even pace walking behind for the same period of time?
Maybe he wasn't a creep and was just someone who noticed they were doing something weird. Who knows. And if that was the case who knows if they would mention it.

Equally, here's another story:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/a...ex-loses-13-STONE-gets-rid-boyfriend-too.html

The bad: morbidly obese woman gets "fat shamed" and eventually realises she needs to lose weight, so terrible!
'I'd always been big as a child, and then I was 'the fat one' in my bunch of friends. Men would say horrible things about me on nights out, like 'God, look at the size of her.'

'I had no confidence whatsoever, but I tried to kid myself that I was happy being fat.

However, Paige admits that her transformation has also led to the loss of friends, who are jealous that she now steals their limelight.

Paige said: 'When I go out now, I like to look glamorous. I finally feel confident in myself and I like showing off my body.

'I never used to get any attention from men, so it's nice to get the odd wolf-whistle or guy asking for my number.

'I have had friends come up to me and tell me that they can't go out with me anymore because I'm getting all of the attention that they used to get.

Ex-fatty, likes the attention. Friends are jealous of the attention she gets.
Non ex fatty in the video. Complains about the attention.

And I bet she cries if she doesn't get 100 comments each on any of the thousands of selfies she posts on her facebook page.

That was pretty ridiculous though. I bet when those are hot guys she has no problem with it.

I'm reading this as "I bet this must be her fault in some way, or if it's not, she must do something wrong for me to fixate on".

So we should catcall all women because they might be ex-fatties who need the emotional support or they'll drown themselves in cake. Do you want that on your hands? DO YOU?

I remember visiting some gay friends who lived in the Castro, which is pretty much the gayest place on earth. As we walked around the neighborhood, there were many, many guys who would look at me up and down like I was a piece of meat. It was a disconcerting feeling.

ITT, men think street harassment is a compliment.

You wouldn't want to be approached this way. If you were black and every white man screamed, "Hey, n-----!" while you were walking down the street trying to get your attention, maybe be your friend, whatever then you'd be unhappy too. You say it's a compliment but to her it just sounds like you're a piece of shit who isn't treating her the way she wants to be treated. (Like a human being and not like cattle)

Castro is also a terrible place in SF in general. A lot of street harassment for women occurs there too. One of my friends has left SF because she would get harassed all the time on the street by men. She couldn't go from her car straight into the gym without getting harassed (<100ft). If she walked anywhere alone, it wouldn't stop from point A to B. She loved all the nice people she met... except the ones on the street.

Gets worse.

Also for all those who think that most of the behavior is OK, just pretend if scores of gay men who were larger, stronger, and dressed like that behaved agressive like that toward you every single day and think how you would like it.

Oh, fucktards posts meaningless rude shit anonymously on the internet? I have literally never seen that before, ever. Maybe all clickbait blogs should write up bullshit articles dealing with this newfound behaviour that is only relevant to the video on hand.
