I just installed the new Catalyst 4.9 drivers and the CCC after installing SP2. I get this wierd error when I first boot up and I cannot open the CCC.

cli.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xC0000135)
Click OK to terminate the application

I get two of these errors in a row.

Please help, Thank you.

I get that too with my 9500 pro, i just disabled them using MSconfig. Im building a new machine tomorrow so i dont care that much.

I guess that is a common problem. I was helping a friend out with his computer and he got the same error.

try reinstalling it again as some in the rage3d forums have found you have to do it twice.

Do you have the .NET framework installed? If not, install it first from windowsupdate and then give it a try.

You need the 1.1 update as well.
