At HardForums, they have performance increase results for upgrading to 4.12.

Wow. I know these are just a few random people, but it looks like an average of around 10fps increase in VST going from 4.10 or 4.11 to 4.12. Looks like what people were saying about NVidia + Doom3 = ATI + HL2 is actually true.
 
Wow, pretty impressive increase in the CS:S VST! Apparently, some are having problems with these drivers and NFS:U2, though.
 
wow...I got a 10fps boost. with 1600x1200 2xAA 4xA😀

Unfortunately, I am pretty sure I didn;t have 4.11 before. Perha ps 4.10 spunds familar
