13.2 beta 4's now available.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE AMD CATALYST 13.2 BETA 4 DRIVER
Improves performance in the Crysis 3 Multi-Player Beta by up to 50% when 4x and 8x MSAA are enabled.

Seems like it. Up to 50% improvement with 4x MSAA and 8x MSAA? That's a pretty big deal, and I wonder if it holds up in benchmarks. I don't play the Crysis 3 beta so this driver is basically useless to me. Kind of impressive how quickly AMD churned this out after releasing 13.2 Beta 3 -- I hope they did a satisfactory amount of QC on it...

It's a beta driver so probably no to QC, but it's probably a quick fix since it's only 4/8x AA for Crysis 3

In the Skyrim forum I was told that the flickering I described in my post above was due to the introduction of HDR in one of the patches.

I thought it was a driver problem, because I could not notice it with the 12.6 driver, but I will reinstall that driver and double check.

Have any of you noticed this "HDR flickering"? I find it really annoying.

I uninstalled 13.2 beta drivers through control panel in Windows 8 and it hosed my whole windows install. Just a warning to all, I had to reinstall windows because I started getting driver crashes on anything I did.

I always wait for final version, beta is beta 🙂
Same here. Or at least until I hear enough success stories from guys like you here, unless I am really suffering from a problem that needs an urgent remedy. It is not like we are getting paid to test betas...

I've noticed the cursor and black monitor issue is not happening anymore. But I did see in Firefox one smal gray box appear on a page at one time. I've yet to try 13.2 as I haven't had any hardstop with these.

Maybe I missed it, but has there been some announcement about including a frame limiter function in a future CCC release (eliminating the need for Afterburner's limiter)? If so, hopefully it doesn't only work for the 7xxx series.

Why don't they just combine afterburner and ccc already? my ccc keeps starting up on windows boot and so does afterburner. there's no option to exit ccc as well... only "hide". Not sure if hide exits it lol.

For those who care, 13.2 BETA 5 is out.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE AMD CATALYST 13.2 BETA 5 DRIVER
(Please note that AMD Catalyst 13.2 Beta 5 includes all of the fixes found in previous versions of AMD Catalyst 13.2 Beta)

•Crysis 3 multi-player Beta: Improves CrossFire scaling by up to 40%
•Far Cry 3: Improves performance up to 10% at 2560x1600 with 8xAA
•New 3D Mark release: Adds CrossFire profile support for the new 3D Mark release under Windows 8

I've been running Beta 4 for the last day or two. No issues to report. But I've only had my computer on for about 2 hours. 😉

Installed beta 5 last night and played some GW2 and Skyrim. I do notice Skyrim is extremely smooth, but I can't say that's an objective observation since I wasn't necessarily looking for it before.
