Catalyst 11.6 - videos messed up.

I did a clean install of the latest Catalysts, tried to watch a video and got this:

I had to take an actual picture of my monitor because a screenshot comes up blank, despite the usual tricks that allow you screenshot a video in a media player.

I reinstalled (after completely removing) 11.6 twice and still the same. I then reinstalled 11.5 and it worked again. What up with that?

edit: Forgot to add that I also installed without AMD MFD to no avail.

lol @ AMD steady video ..., maybe there's a way to shut it off in the options?

Have you tried a different media player?

Yeah, same thing in VLC. I'll just hang with 11.5 for now since I know this is being caused by something on my end, though I have no idea what it could be.

try using haali render in MPC, it works fine with 11.6 here

Are you using MPC HC 64-bit? If yes, try the 32-bit.
