CAT5 SVD (Dimultaneous Voice Data)?

I'm running cat5 though a house and the phone guy says I can run a multi-line telephone system through the cable. Question is, can I run both a 100baseT network AND a phone system through the same cable? Or do I need to run separate cable for the phone lines? If so, which phone cable is best to run for 4+ lines? RJ11 doesn't support that many lines to my knowledge, and I guess I could use RJ45, but I was wondering if there was something better. I'm setting up DSL too, if that makes any difference. (maybe better throughput with CAT5?) Any ideas?

Here are some answers to keep you interested:

Keep your data and voice cables separate. Cat5 spec requires all 8 wires (4 pairs). RJ-11 connectors only support up to 4 wires (2 pairs). RJ-45 connectors support up to 8 wires (4 pairs). Your connector type will depend on the phone system you are installing. A Cat5 cable will run 4 analog voice lines just great. Sounds like you will need some kind of telco closet setup to manage all of your cable. 110 blocks and 66 blocks work great for voice lines. Modular RJ-45 patch panels work great for data, but you can use 110 blocks as well if you really have a thing for them, like my company does. You can get nifty little wallmount units for everything I described above.
