Mine will go on her back like a dog and give you the look that she wants a belly rub, but it's a trap. She starts to bite and paw if you start to rub her. She often just lies down on her back too, it's funny. What makes me laugh though is I can play with her tail all I want and she does not care. Most cats hate when you touch their tail.

ROFL, my parent's cat does that. She's a bit too quick to figure things out like that. Probably the Mau in her.

My cat hates it. He used to try to bite me, but I always stuck my hand in his mouth when he does it, so now he doesn't anymore. But he'll start groaning or hissing if I rub his underside.
He loves neck massages and snuggles.

Both my cats hate it, and my tom doesn't like being pet in general. He has to be in control at all times, and when he wants attention you will hold your hand still where he can reach it, and he'll pet YOU :^D

Does your cat let you scratch of rub its stomach?
Most cats I've seen usually try to scratch or bite you when you try to... except for mine, it enjoys it...

sure he loves it, he loves getting a chance to bite and back leg kick the shit out of your hand. he loves the taste of fresh blood.

Our cat lets me do it occassionally. If she's sleepy or tired, she'll be in cuddly mode and she loves the belly rub. But if she's more awake, she'll be in play mode and biting/scratching ensues.

One of mine enjoys it. One of mine tolerates it from me but no one else. Sometimes he'll give me gentle bites to let me know he doesn't like it.

Two of my cats are easy. They'll just sit in the weirdest places around the house and you can walk up & push them over with your foot. They'll roll on their back & start attacking your foot (works better w/ shoes on). If you try using your hand they only go to their side, and arch their back like they want to be scratched.

My deaf albino cat is different. You just sneak up on her (not hard :p) and roll her over while holding her front shoulders. She sprawls out like a dead lizard and the belly is free game.
