it's not like they're changing the environment or anything, populations of mice and small birds haven't noticeably changed.

Cats have been around for a long time. Try taking them away, see what happens. Genius. Cats are very, very effective killers.

Of course, without an adequate supply of small animals cats won't have much to kill. Raise a cat on a farm and he'll be killing far more than 20 animals a year. They were bred to protect food supplies in the first place.

What is wrong with cats killing mice? If they didnt kill mice then the mouse population would boom. Animals, predators, kill stuff.

My cat didn't even get the bug in his mouth. He would bite at it then pull away quickly and shake his head. Pathetic. :(

haha that reminds me. My cat was playing with a colorful fat beetle. He would knock it around. Then he decided to bite at it. The beetle squirted some liquid in his face, and my cat ran like the wind. It was funny.

Love it when my cats see a bug, she chatters, her little chin starts to quiver.........she gets so exicted. My cats have no problems eatings, flies, etc. Whatever they can get their paws on. Cept water bugs. :p God I hate those things.

What's the difference between posting fucking and fvcking? Or sh!t? It's the same damned thing. One isn't as bad as the other? Circumvent this way all you want, but not this way?

What's even wrong with ******? The word is only bad because you assign a bad meaning to it. It's just a ****** word.

He wasn't taught how to kill by his mom.

He's supposed to bite and THEN shake. kill, kill, kill.

killing is a learned behavior in kitties.

He definitely wasn't trained by his mom.

He was found on my neighbor's front porch, eyes shut tight due to dried puss, all of ~4 weeks old. So small he fit in the palm of my hand. Vet said one more night he would have died. Several weeks of rehab and he went to my brother for ~4 years until my brother couldn't keep him any longer. He is back home since last August. :)

I hate house cats, they are worthless, shifty, mean, and perverted. However if I lived out on a farm, I'd probably have a couple to help keep down the rodent population.

nice. you can still teach him how to hunt by playing with him frequently and rewarding good kill behavior with a treat.

he'll look at you kind of confused, but he can still learn.

pounce, bite, shake. kill, kill, kill. good boy.
