I'm sorry Spidey. I know it's like losing a member of the family. I can't imagine what I'd do without my little guy running down the stairs to greet me everyday when I come home. I hope you took many pictures of Jasper, and remember the good times. The poor thing isn't suffering anymore.

I'm going to go hug my little kitty now, tomorrow's his birthday (one year).

One last post for bubby, no need to respond.

You always talked to me, answered my questions, "what did you do today? meow? Did you sleep all day? [/i]meo-oh-meow![/i]"
You were the biggest pussy and apprehensive of everything new, got bitch slapped by your sister but she's going to miss you. She's going to miss calling for you and you bolting to the call.
When you were a kitten you were happy to make all kinds of noise and wake me up at all hours but for the last 9 years you slept with me every night without fail.
I liked how you quick hissed when you attacked when playing, you would have been a great karate fighter. Then you would bring me the spoils of your victory, supremely proud of a job well done.
And boy how did you love the "fresha", it won't be the same without you bolting for it.

Thanks for listening ATOT and thank you for the tips/advice. You guys can be pretty great sometimes.

My cat is 2, and I love her to pieces. I can't imagine how heartbreaking it is going to be in 10 years or whatever if I have to put her down.

Sorry for your loss -- I bet a new kitty would do wonders after you mourn Jasper for a bit.

you know what sucks, you can have a boring ass pet like a Turtle that might probably outlive you. But the 2 best pets you can have, 15 years is a pretty long life for them. I miss one of my moms old cats, he lived to be a pretty good age like 17 or so. If he was a Turtle he'd still be here.

Cats & Dogs go to damn quick and you get so attached to them too. Never been able to get attached to my moms fish or my step moms turtles. Cats are awesome though, they have so much personality.

You aren't kidding.

His sister is freaking out - "WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!"

If you may recall this is Jasper, the incestuous kitty. He liked to hump his sister when she calls.

That's so bad. I bought a house that had a cat that hung around. I'm not a cat person but this little girl runs to see me when I come home, meows when ever I come around, and in general has converted me. I don't have a clue how old she is but dread the day something happens to her. You have my sympathy.

Man I hate threads like this. My pets are very close to my heart, I like them more than I do most people.

Sorry spidey.

This isn't meant to be expert advise, and all those other warnings, yadda yadda, fine print.

Just go to the drugstore & get a mineral oil enema to give to the cat. Oh, and this site was hilarious! here

That's freaking hilarious. Great pics too.

I was lmao.

As you can see in this photo, Fred was not a sweet and loving cat. He was feared and avoided by everyone around him (except me and sometimes Ed).
