What you do is: Stare at your cat, do not break eye contact, and do not blink. You are no engaged in a struggle for domination, concentrate on increasing your power level. If you cannot get to super-saiyan levels don't worry, just remember not to blink. If you blink it will give the cat a +10000000x(x>=1) power level, possibly sending it super-saiyan. If you blink, be prepared to increase your power level or to throw the goddamn ring.

get an annoying dog to chase the cat(s) ... of course that equals more than twice the poop & the "more intelligent" dog does not know what a litter box is.

On the other hand, dogs love to eat cat crap, so maybe the optimum is a small-ish dog that eats just enough cat crap that it needs no dog food and is more of a pain in the arse to the cat(s) than to you?

Or, find new girl friend that wants the cat more than you?

Just offering up ideas ... .. .. nothing I am in love with.
