CAT 5 Wiring Help

Hello, I have a simple question for a bofo network person.
I have 2 computers with 10/100BaseT that have been networked via a 100baset hub and using Win8SE internet sharing.
I need to move one of the computers to another room (over the garage). (80 feet away)
I have run a Cat 5 Wire from the house to the garage.
I need to wire the wall jacks but don't know which way to configure (wire) the jacks.
I have patch cables that are 568b configuration. I plan to use 1 patch cable between the wall jack and the computer in the garage and between the hub and the wall jack on the current side.

Do I wire the wall jacks 568B or pin for pin straight through?

Thanks a bunch ! ! !

streight through if u use a hub only time u use the reversed wireing if u go direct computer to computer or if u connect a hub to a hub when u have lotsa computers but computers to hub are streight through.
