Ridiculous. I will certainly step up and condemn all those people.

well so far one liberal has condemmed the totalitarians..anyone else??

yes, that was the NPR broadcast. In in they reporter and some of the people he interviews makes the statement that Raul is a "reformer" and that he's anti-corruption, and other crap like he will give "hope to the public"

the report neglects any mention that Raul is a murderous, violent, widely feared, devout hardline communist.

yep, i thought it was an odd report that was trying to portray Raul as a decent guy. I am not surprised that you thought it was a straight forward piece,

do you think it was irrelevant to mention Raul's blood soaked past when speculating about his future?

By your standards EVERY broadcast about GWB should also include a statement that he started an agressive war against Iraq under false pretenses, has since constantly changed the war's goals in order to justify it's existence, resulted in XXX dead and XXX billions of dollars wasted (numbers continue to grow).

I could be dead wrong, but I don't think I am. Anyone with five minutes to spare click on link on the NPR link a couple of posts above and listen to the NPR story. Then post whether you agree with my conclusion that "heartsurgeon" is a hopelessly biased partisan who uses overheated hyperbole instead of analytical thought.
