Not to thread crap, but I've heard consuming foods contained or prepared in Aluminum containers can lead to Alzheimers.

Rally1 is right. It's not true. Aluminum is fine, especially the hard annodized.

Berndes makes the best aluminum non stick cookware, at least according to the Burt Woolfs book. The only thing about this one is that it's tiny (at least for me ). 3.75 qt is very small. Good find though.
