cashback live?

Has anyone had issues with cashback on live.com? Here is a screen shot of whats happening to me:

Of course i entered my email address but i deleted it from the screen shot. OK you see the "go to store" button. When i click the link those animated GIFs that look like stars just spin and it never goes to the site its supposed to go to (for example newegg). It was working perfectly for along time and then just stopped working. I thought maybe firefox was having an issue so i tried it with IE7...same thing. I even tried it from my work computer to make sure it wasn't my computer...same thing. I have two different email addresses i'm trying.

Anyone else having issues with it

The FW and SD cashback threads are the way to go for information on this thing. Apparently it's being worked on right now and will be back up soon, I've been trying to get it all morning and the banner won't show up for me or anybody else. Just keep trying every now and then, I wouldn't call it dead.

I have $ pending. I won't be able to get it for 2 more months, "In case I exchange my item."
It took 3 days for it to show up in my account.

I've had serveral issues with Live Cashback. IE 7 wouldn't work, chrome wouldn't, I tried Opera and had more success. Other than that I recieve my $100 Cashback almost immediately when the seller accepted payment.

I've had no issues with this. Got 3/3. One from ebay (25%), two from Tiger Direct (10%).
