I know I'm a glutton for Hardware so how much have you spent annually in US $'s for your personal Rig/Upgrade? I've spent so much I've lost count, but I know it's over a Grand 😱

dammit I hate thinking about this....

so much I've lost count...
...if I tried I could probably tally everything up, but I don't want to

Not too bad at all for me last year.... maybe $300 at most.
This year it's likely to jump up to about $700-800 and possible a bit more as I've a few upgrades to make.

Software tends to hit me much harder then hardware does.

last 12 months, er:

2400xp around £125
+256mb around £30
few fans and bits, around £40
"fUnc Mousing sUrface" £25
new case £100
new Psu £80
keyboard £20
mouse £30

£450

but then when i voted I'd forgotten i needed to replace monitor at £180 so more like

£630 f***!

And I'm already thinking about a new r9700pro, £225. Possibly a nForce2 £100, possibly new HDD £100+, and wouldnt half like to be able to backup to DVD occasionally...

feckerdy fecking feck, i need a new hobby, giving up gaming and taking up knitting or something :/

(I voted $100 to $500 aswell, assuming i couldnt have spent more than that 😱
