By just watching the news clip (I know it's Fox), I think that this is going a little out of bounds for the higher-ups.

In short, if you agree on the terms, you give full rights of your personal computer to the federal government. They can use any information on the computer against you.

hmm so it did say what he says but then they changed it when peopl.e pointed it out.

it would be really silly for the goverment to try ot claim that my computer is now theres just by looking on the site.
