This woman obviously murdered her kid. All the media does is put her blank, expressionless face on TV 24/7 and they call it "news." Also, it is disgusting how she is willing to throw everyone under the bus in some failed attempt to avoid going to jail.
 
I am glad that this forum has been mostly immune to Nancy Grace.

This woman appears to be a sociopath, she is now trying to claim her father / brother molested / raped her, despite their support / defense of her.

But, she is an attractive young lady (during her party days at least) and might play the victim card well enough, she will probably get off with minimal punishment.

If one does not have the balls to execute her (like they would a man in her situation), one could just place her, a known child killer, in general pop for a week and be done with it.
 
It's ridiculous. Yesterday they had some lady who said that she had an affair with Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony. So...apparently this is supposed to discredit George Anthony to make the jury think that maybe he did sexually abuse Casey Anthony, which somehow is supposed to explain for her lack of emotions, which means that Casey Anthony is somehow innocent? Huh? That defense makes no sense. It is disgusting how she is trying to tear apart her dad's reputation and that she thinks that, by doing so, it will somehow prove her to be innocent. Nonsensical and disgraceful.
 
What's disappointing to me is how easily people can lie in society today. They take an oath before testifying and it evidently is meaningless to people. It's a sign of the moral decay in our society that I don't think bodes very well for us.

I heard on the radio today some pundit saying that the judge can tell the jury that if they feel any one individual testifying in the trial was lying about one thing that they are free to discount that individuals testimony it its entirety. I understand the woman is entitled to a defense and I understand that her lawyer is doing his job, but you've just got to wonder at what point does a defense like that backfire. How far can you push it before it all just becomes meaningless?

Think how much could have been saved if she'd pled guilty. Her family is pretty much in complete ruin now. The brother was already estranged and you've just got to believe divorce may be in the future for her folks. None of this will bring her daughter back.

At least on jury duty, you are contributing to society. I can see the usefulness in having 12 people follow this case, in the interest of justice. I can't see any usefulness in the media drumming up nationwide interest in this non-story.
